If you feel emotions intensely, get overwhelmed easily, or are dealing with burnout, Big Feelings Club is for you! If you struggle with people pleasing or need ways to stay grounded instead of getting anxious, you’ll find the support you need here. This 6-week, small support group experience is tailored for young to middle-adult participants from (roughly) ages 25-55, and is open to anyone who identifies with femininity or womanhood, includling trans- and cisgender women as well as non-binary individuals.
