Alisha Beyer

(she/her)

Alisha wants therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are. She draws from a variety of approaches and adapts her work to what you actually need. Sometimes that means finding practical ways to make everyday life a little easier; other times, it means understanding where certain patterns came from or figuring out what your mind and body need to feel more like yourself. She sees therapy as a team effort, and would much rather work alongside you than tell you what you “should” be doing.

In particular, Alisha brings a professional and personal understanding of the ADHD experience, both with adults and with parents who have neurodivergent kids. She brings plenty of warmth and humor to her work and genuinely welcomes feedback (even if that means hearing that she's completely wrong!) Ultimately, Alisha wants every client she sees to truly know that there’s no such thing as being “too much,” only “enough.”
