Anna Ward
(she/her)
Accepting New Clients
When you're meeting with Anna, you'll be struck by her innate ability to not only understand the things you are saying, but also to pick up on the things that aren't being said. She really wants to dig in, taking time to uncover the whole interconnected picture of how her clients’ histories, relationships, and inner worlds shape the challenges they face today. Humble and authentic, she has a knack for asking the right questions without presuming to know the right answers, helping her clients reflect on living fully in their truths and finding solutions that feel affirming, realistic, and self-directed.
Anna specializes in relationship and family dynamics in all forms, displaying a particular talent for helping couples working through patterns of codependency as well as those exploring questions of faith and spirituality. No matter what struggles have brought you to therapy, Anna will greet you with an encouraging smile and a genuine excitement about helping you access the deeper insight, resilience, and connection that make real change possible - and she'll mean every second of it.
