Christopher Benjamin

(he/him)

Christopher approaches therapy like a walk through the woods: he’ll be there to help you find your way when you’re stuck or off-track, and to point out obstacles on your path along the way, but ultimately you’re the one setting the trail and getting to where you want to go. He wholeheartedly believes in his clients’ ability to overcome challenges and build the relationships and lives they want, and sometimes they just need someone in their corner to remind them of that.

Christopher’s calming, grounded presence lets him act as an anchor for clients to feel safe enough to dive into their difficult thoughts, emotions, and relationship experiences without getting lost. He’s not afraid of the hard stuff, and works hard to transform awkward, unpleasant, or overwhelming moments into opportunities for discovery and insight. Above all, Christopher wants to empower his clients to reclaim their control, build their strength and resilience, and shepherd them through their journey on the way to a well-loved life.
