As a couples therapy clinic – we are painfully aware that very few people are truly made for the extraordinary complexity and difficulty of being a couples therapist. Erin is one of those one in a million finds. Couples therapy isn’t an extension of Erin – it is who she is. We are consistently amazed at her ability to breathe life into the most difficult and tragic situations. But what baffles us is her ability to utilize her sense of humor and infectious laugh to carry couples through into the land of hope and reconnection.

Erin’s wisdom seems almost otherworldly; she has a remarkable ability to make us feel calm and at ease effortlessly. We often find ourselves becoming better partners and individuals through our time with her. Perhaps this transformation is simply a result of her presence and approach. At RTC, we believe she possesses a timeless wisdom that offers hope and relief to people in their darkest moments.

Erin funnels her passion for helping people become their best selves into her role as one of our Fellowship site managers! Erin is welcoming and warm, using humor readily and always encouraging Fellows to blossom into the best therapists they can be, as well as providing peer support and mentorship as needed. Fellows at Erin's site can count on always having a cheerleader in their corner!
