Accepting New Clients
Attunement is at the heart of Katherine's work, whether that attunement is with each other or within yourself. She guides clients through their experiences with careful curiosity and a strong respect for their pace, and mindfulness is gently woven throughout her process, as a way of coming home to yourself with more clarity and presence. But she isn't afraid to share a laugh alongside the quiet, thoughtful moments either!
Whether balancing the demands of single or partnered parenthood, preparing for marriage with intention, or exploring how neurodiversity shapes relationships, sessions with Katherine are rooted in connection and trust. She believes deeply in her clients’ ability to grow, adapt, and create lives that feel more aligned and meaningful. She has a special passion for supporting individuals and families impacted by incarceration, offering a nonjudgmental presence in the face of complex realities. Serious when she needs to be but light when she can be, she is always ready to rise to whatever challenges her clients are facing alongside them.
