Vicky Thao

(she/her)

Vicky believes therapy is most effective when there’s space to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Her approach is collaborative, reflective, and rooted in creating a safe, supportive relationship where you can explore patterns, emotions, and experiences with honesty and compassion. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, she prioritizes helping clients gain clarity, self-awareness, and emotional stability. Together, you will work at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable, aiming to understand what might be blocking you from feeling more aligned, regulated, or connected in your life.

Vicky see therapy as a space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. Her role is to walk alongside you, ask thoughtful questions, and offer insights and perspectives that support your growth and independence. Her goal is to help you gain awareness, develop tools that you can carry with you beyond our sessions. Clients often describe her style as warm, thoughtful, and calming. She value honesty, curiosity, and mutual respect, believing that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
